x = 5 (sometimes solutions may be close approximations of the actual solutions)
Expression factored: 1 x2-10 x+25 = (x-5)(x-5)
Solution ExplainedEquation:
a = 1 b = -10c = 25
Discriminant: b2-4ac = 10 2-4*1*25 = 0
Discriminant (0) is zero. There is only one solution. x = -b/2a
or
x = 10/(2*1 ) = 10/(2) = 5
